• The carrier. Some Amazon orders are delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Their tracking may have more details.

Step 5: Wait up to 48 hours

Amazon says a package can be marked delivered up to 48 hours before it arrives. This happens when a driver scans it too early or it gets mixed into the next day's route. Many packages show up the next day.

Step 6: Contact Amazon

If 48 hours have passed and the package still is not there, report it.

1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Find the order and tap Get help with order or Problem with order.
