1. Check if Zoom is down

Go to status.zoom.us. If Zoom shows an outage, the error is on their end. Wait a little while and try again.

2. Check your internet connection

• Open a website to make sure you are online.
• Restart your router and modem.

3. Restart Zoom and your computer

4. Allow Zoom through your firewall

On Windows:

1. Open Windows Security, then Firewall & network protection.
